LAP has a strong Monitoring and Evaluation Unit that is headed by Mr. Jimmy Aidoo. The unit’s framework has been judged as one of the best in the country.

Main functions of the M & E are to track the overall project performance and impacts, using key indicators in the projects logframe.

Such of these activities are:

Monitoring

• Collating information from IAs and Component Leaders / Task Team Leaders
• Monitoring project outputs against planned targeted results
• Track expenditures against activity, cost and time frames for planned realization
• Monitoring information flow from IAs & assessing its quality.
• Inputs M & E information into project information system
• Complies timely reports on M & E activities
• Provides timely reports to LAP Coordination Unit
• Assist LAPU in producing report for stakeholders
